The argument is to make the environment more friendly for trans people who don't pass or just started transitioning, however the real reason is proof of ideological compliance and attempt at undermining language by disconnecting words from reality in order to cause chaos and usher in a revolution.

Apparently, the GTA trilogy remaster uses stock images for their assets.

This isnt illegal or terribly wrong, but... it shows how little care the devs put into the game development.
