I think that it was less visible on the Xbox because like I said in a previous post, those games were played on a low resolution often with composite so you just didn't notice the details.

The Xbox version. The PC version of Halo:CE is broken.
Running some late gen PS2 games or Gamecube games on an emulator in 4k makes you see just how much the work of the artist went unappreciated since people played those games in like 480i.

I had no issues running it from Steam on a modern OS. The only issue is that in the Steam version enemies see and shoot you through tents so you need to patch it.

I played the first Far Cry on a netbook with an Intel Atom. The game looks still great today even if the polygon count is low for today.

I remember playing Extreme Tux Racer and Super Tux when I was 8. Extreme Tux Racer only got a 1.0 recently.
