Formal guidelines and rules for Pleroma maintainers (i.e. "don't merge your own shit"), formal processes for entering and leaving the maintainership. Enforcement of discussion-based development.
Chain-of-command, who to talk to when lain's not available, who to talk if that person isn't available OR transferring of ownership/leadership to someone else if Lain isn't interesting.
Setting up donation/funding drive, i.e. OpenCollective or LiberaPay team.

@lain agreed to talk this weekend, however last time he didn't show up without a notice or excuse, so Plan B if Lain doesn't show up again nor notify us about delays beforehand (or at time of event) is such:

I ( @hj ) am taking over, asking @feld to give me admin access of pleroma development infrastructure and will the rest is up to my discretion.
If @feld refuses to give me access, I'm setting up our own infrastructure and/or joining with @lanodan.

This has been discussed in private discussion with Lain over Pleroma Chats beforehand on 10.02.2022.
