@LukeAlmighty i saw it. yeah, he was going around the front of the car which afaik cops shouldn't do precisely because of situations like this.
i dunno how much time is reasonable to give to comply (in some videos you can see cops arguing with the person for forever and in others they insta jump them).
when he gave a pretty clear order get out and she started backing up and her wife getting in the car, which could reasonably be interpreted as refusing to comply and wanting to drive away and thus warranting use of force.
