No seriously, rebuild each generation as a single player RPG with new controls and camera perspective. No F2P "coins" or chests or any of that. You buy it, you play it, you save, you continue later. The absolute most "the cloud" should be doing is backing up a save file.

The cardboard cutout of adventure is fantastic on a commute. Just like it was 20 years ago.
