I'm sure if cock.li added phone number verification these joint statements would go away. Everyone sees what's happening, you want to force all providers to link to identities so you can surveil people. Cock.li is never adding that bullshit.

The problem with bsky is it's basically a containment site without the containment aspect, and those historically fail.

The whole reason sites like gab still get new sign ups is the "hate marketing" (look at this website evil Nazis and transphobes who did cville...er...1/6 use) and the fact you can post content banned on twitter there.

Bsky offers nothing new to the table except "Tesla man bad" and as a result the community consists of furries whining at musk/ai/"techbros" who will preemptively block you because they're mentally the same as the worst of say poast. You have no reason to keep using it unless you're spiritually the same manchild who deleted his YouTube for zippcast back in the day and remade it a month later when zippcast was dead and down.
