Mother, Father and Caregiver Charged with Neglect.
Tylim Hatchett, who was blind, deaf and used a wheelchair, was found dead and severely emaciated in his home in September.
Investigators say he had been left alone for long periods of time and was not given any food.
He weighed just 59 lbs. when he died, officials said while announcing the charges on Tuesday.

I’m on the Fediverse because I don’t trust any social media site that isn’t owned by me.
Which is also why I run my own Fediverse server (atomicpoet.org).
If someone else owns the server, they can remove my posts. Or silence me. Or worse, claim ownership of my work.
