Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced the charges on Friday against ex-Flint Township Clerk Kathy Funk, a Democrat who will face trial in Genesee County District court.
Funk is accused of intentionally breaking a seal on a ballot container so the votes could not be counted in an anticipated recount. Funk was running for reelection, and narrowly prevailed in the unofficial count, Nessel said.

Note on the Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptop:
If you have a Legacy BIOS installation of Windows (not UEFI) or Linux, updating the BIOS will change the BIOS boot configuration to default to UEFI instead of Legacy. After the update, you have to go back to the BIOS (using the pin-hole boot method) and change the boot back to Legacy or the laptop won't find a bootable drive.
I have had this happen multiple times on customers' Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptops.

This is our state's AG. In the fall she was so drunk at the MSU vs U of M football game that she had to be wheeled out of Spartan Stadium in a wheel chair. In 2020 she claimed her son was "traumatized" hearing merry christmas in a store after she had wished people a merry christmas on twitter for three years before 2020 and wish people that in 2021. She also has tried to create controversy so she can play the victim. She is up for election and deleted this tweet after posting.

I have been gaming since 1992 and building PCs since 2003. I enjoy Linux, supporting FOSS projects and am a tinfoil hat connoisseur.
Many FOSS projects rely on donations. If you have money to spare but don't know which to donate to take a look at the above links on Ko-fi, Github, and Open Collective. Anything on there that I have sponsered or contributed to is something I have found to be worthy.
