"From Them" is a combination of tower defense and first person shooter that was released recently. It has a native Linux version and is available DRM free at Itch. The developer also makes available the full project files from Unreal 5. No mention of a FOSS license to them though.
2D puzzle platformer "- R E F L E C T E D -" is now available DRM free on Itch. It was originally released in 2021. It has a native Linux version and was made using the FOSS Godot engine. There is a browser based demo available to try before you buy.
