I managed to try out the Arm64 build of EndeavourOS on my Pinebook Pro. Install worked like a charm. Simply burned the image to the EMMC module, booted the laptop up, and followed the prompts. Only thing I found lacking was no option for FDE during install. Hopefully it's something that can be added in at some point. In any case it's nice to have more options for OS on the Pinebook Pro. Maybe they can get an image working for the RockPro64 or even the Star64 if they wanted to go into RISC-V territory.

RIP Anandtech :(

After Tom's Hardware started to veer away from their original highly technical reviews, Anandtech had been my go-to site for any highly technical review that went beyond just benchmarking Cinebench and Cyberpunk 2077. I currently see no other site with that level of technological depth that could fully replace them. They will be missed.
