If they're posting/retweeting the same things then it's likely. Otherwise... hard to say. I've had a meeting with a bunch of bots once. They will post and retweet the EXACT same things, in the exact same order.

They push misinformation but it's not as obvious imo.
The Russians are clumsy. When they struggle with English for example it's very distinctive.
