Remove all the restrictions except requiring masks and social distancing for locations developing edibles and packaging products.
Wanna get COVID? Get it. Don't want to? Wear a mask or stay inside.

@Ox I mean if you don't wanna risk catching COVID you shouldn't be outside
Also, this is why I said there should be mandated protocols for places cooking food, building products or packaging them, because that's one way the virus could spread that isn't readily preventable by the average joe by staying indoors
