ADHD bingo
I'm surprised by home many of these apply to me.
NOTE: People don't tell me that I'm lazy, but "Myself" tells "Me" that I'm lazy. It's just as bad.
Long boring ADHD post
This is super applicable, although I wasn't aware of all these things consciously, I've figured out how to deal with a lot of them:
> Prevent Frustration
I try to work with as little people in the room as possible. Humming, singing, and my new #FidgetCube helps, too. Moving (or, rarely, dancing), helps too. What I've found is, strange as it may sound, while studying in a classroom, pacing on a table provides the perfect amount of rush that I need.
> Create Interest
I make things interesting by making them funny; adding quips in my notes keeps me interested in them when I read them, as I love jokes and humor. For gamification, I pay attention to the grades I get on my homework (which I actually used to procrastinate in reading because I was afraid I didn't get a good grade). I'm actually realizing that if I apply myself, no matter how hard it may be, I'll see the end result eventually.
> Externalize
I've been doing this for a long time, finally personifying my internal and external characters as "me" (external) and "myself" (internal). Myself is a far harsher critic than Me.
Example:
* I get a bad grade *
Myself: See, this is why you should've studied more. This is all your fault for spending too much time with your friends.
Me: Nothing wrong with spending time with friends. Friends are more important than grades. Nothing I can do about the grade now, I just need to prioritize my time better, and study earlier so I can still hang out with my friends.

I RELATE TO THIS SO MUCH
Biden, on video, lashes out at Detroit autoworker in profanity-laced gun dispute
I find it interesting that #Wikipedia's Woman article directly contradicts most common talking points of the #LGBT (particularly #trans) agenda. Especially when considering that they are widely considered to be left-leaning.
