ADHD

Although I do have a few of the ADHD-HI ones too, which is why I said "somewhere between ADHD-C and ADHD-I" initially.

>Be impatient
>Have difficulty waiting for things they want
>Often interrupt conversations or others' activities

The interrupting thing is less due to hyperactiveness and more due to wanting to blurt a thing out before I forget it, though, which I feel is still an ADHD-I symptom personally.

Sometimes I change the topic of conversation abruptly because I have this deep fear that if I don't speak my thought right away I'll forget it and it'll be gone forever. Other times I'm so focused on holding onto all the thoughts it seems like I'm not paying attention. Both things make people think I don't care about what they're talking about, which absolutely isn't true. But it's so hard to explain, and I feel guilty and blame myself every time.

@Lexi For me I've figured out that writing down or typing out thoughts I plan on remembering, and punching dates I need to remember, really helps alleviate this stress, as I won't lose the idea or forget the event, especially if it's in digital form and I can easily search for it.

The fourth page is especially relatable to me. Feeling like I'm struggling to hold onto everything in my head, and that if something new comes along I'll forget it, and then get that stress of "oh no I forgot something important what was it how long do I have left to handle it?"

Okay, this comic made me cry with how relatable it was for me.

@Lexi Honestly, thank you so much for posting this.

I really like this person's comics. Talking to her about my own experiences was probably the first time I thought that maybe what I have counts as ADHD.

i’m just being bitter about missed opportunities and i’m currently too afraid to put myself out there to get what i want

Everybody on campus is raging and quaking in their boots over the and speculating about whether or not school will be cancelled tomorrow and I'm over here just tryna watch on smh

@x I would agree if only instances would stop blocking each other over petty tribalist squabbles.

i think that there’s a very fine line between love and hate
