While they still refused to cancel. Once Gov Guidelines started and the first patient appeared in the state of Guadalajara. The Governor of the state shut all festivals down. If you would sum them up in attendance. The fest that were going to happen in the state would have meant 1M people total. In CDMX, even the annual Crucifixion Representation got cancelled in advance as it brings up 1M people to the streets. CDMX also cancelled something like 100 activities for April. Attendance on those would have meant a flow of 5M+ people. But, yeah, I remember seeing about that EDM fest happening and thought to myself: Probably the last place in the world to be right now.
