Ok I follow... I admit it is something cops will do, though im not sure they are employing it on that scale. But I'm open to the possiblity.
Do you happen to have any evidence of a case where they found a police database containing mass information of tens of thousands of people present at a protest.. in other words, any evidence of mass tracking of non-arrested protestors based on cell phone data over multiple years? or is it more speculation?

@freemo @realcaseyrollins @11235 @moonman They can't prosecute everyone for the riots, but some will become targets of special interest. Or so some of my family members say, having worked in newspapers and spent decades covering protests and police abuse in the Black community.
