it's funny because she doesn't realize that the "outside agitator" narrative is actually largely about deflecting blame from the black community. Everyone has collectively decided blacks cannot be held accountable for their actions during this time, which is why the white scapegoat is so important from a narrative perspective.

@realcaseyrollins @Viking It's also a tactic to isolate bad actors. If you're genuinely protesting peacefully with no ulterior motives you'll adhere to the curfew just like the rest of the law-abiding citizenry. Otherwise, you've more than likely an ulterior motive. Regardless, it also gives law enforcement the justification to detain on sight since you're in violation of a lawful mandate simply by being out and violating the curfew order.

@Viking Curfew actually helps keep protesters off the streets, many of whom are violent and/or looting.

The most peaceful protests happen during the day.
