@sean @realcaseyrollins The casual game industry is just plain bad. Everything is designed to make you addicted and make in-app-purchases.

I have a feeling that you are right -- although in the Preferences panel there's this :

qoto.org/settings/export

...and the text is "The exported data will be in the ActivityPub format, readable by any compliant software."

I don't think the head developer of mastodon wants the functionality of people's data coming along with them, and importable as needed.

Would be nice to know for sure, if there's some viewer at least we could use to access this.

as i grew older and found out just how many people did drugs the more those anti drug lessons in school seemed like a waste of tax money

Bruh we should either legalize the Dreamers, or kick them out. (I prefer legalization)

Let's follow the rule of law, it's illegal to be here illegally. But they're here to stay, let's legalize them so they can drive and vote and stuff

@death
Just got back from visiting my friend with my brother. We watched Gemini Man so that was fun

@sean
😂 I'm sure there are better games on those systems! We never played games like that as kids, it was mostly sports and adventure/open world games for us

Minecraft is still quite the treat

@sean
Yeah... Older systems like a DS or PS2 or something would be better for a kid IMHO

@realcaseyrollins it's kind of just a perfect storm.

✅ Full-time Job Mom
✅ Pandemic
✅ No friends in area
✅ Can't really go anywhere

Devices are pretty much the only thing there is to do here, so I'm not unsympathetic. It's just hard to watch them fight over a device that's only capable of serving up shitty games designed to get people addicted.
