@Lainyboy @baraposter @realcaseyrollins Thank you for adding me to this thread. I don't know what manga you're talking about and I'd rather be hacking.

> I believe without regulations and laws people will not voluntarily help others

Nah, look at fedi: people are running servers as a public service. There are thousands of servers, most of them will let anyone join. If that's not helpful enough, look at how successful gofundme is.

...How helpful has the government been lately? Ever?

I think people will more or less look after themselves and the people they care about, and people are glad to help a stranger under most circumstances. The government does not, will not, cannot help you. They're just not interested. They want you to take off your shoes at the airport, they want to issue stay-at-home orders, they want to let a riot happen. Ultimately, they want power, because you cannot separate a governing body from the people that make it up, and that job attracts psychopaths. The less power they have, the better.

And even if I'm completely wrong, and people are not altruistic but the government is, what gives you or anyone else the right to say that if I build something, they get a chunk of it, to go "help" people somewhere? I sure would like to send my mom some more cash. Government's not helping her out. I'm paying for prisons and bombs and an education system that does more harm than good. The idea that they can do more good with the output of my labor is laughable, but the idea that it's anyone's decision but mine is closer to dark humor.
@realcaseyrollins minimal is the way, just eyeliner and nails done its good for me
@realcaseyrollins @Locksmith @Lainyboy I asked several times, like, "Instead of wasting time and money moving while getting kicked off of everything, why don't you just buy some boxes and rack them up at a colo?" No answer. Eventually I got an indirect answer from :robcolbertno: in the only thread where he replied to anything I said: all their dudes are offshore, so it seems like there'd be no one to rack anything up.

At what amount of makeup do you typically find women to be most attractive?

@p @Lainyboy @realcaseyrollins well i knew nothing of Torba and have learned very little since, but gab was a good idea imo.

@p @Locksmith @Lainyboy@neckbeard.xyz I mean since he bowed to and removed content at their behest it was pretty clear that he wasn't the most principled of men

@lnxw37a2 @Lainyboy @realcaseyrollins Yeah, that was another one. But they could have just left federation off if they were doing that.
