I've actually been following #Soapbox for awhile, you can check the hashtag
@alex @shampoobottle @crunklord420 What I love about this interface is that it's very forward-thinking and modern. It's arguably the most modern-looking software in the #Fediverse, although I think #Gab 3.0 will come close when it comes out, based on the screenshots.
But combine that with the ability for customization and branding, and #Soapbox is going to be incredibly powerful, esp. when used as a FE for #Pleroma.

@dave @realcaseyrollins They force you to put in your email to continue, giving the impression that it's ready to go, and only after you submit your email (I used 10 Minutes Mail) does it tell you it's not ready for use.
It doesn't even have a real Terms of Service page, which is what it says you're agreeing to when you enter your email. You're agreeing to nothing.
@realcaseyrollins Torba just takes existing software and slaps a Gab logo on it. That's why he thinks he can do something like this in a month.

It wasn't PleromaFE, but I recreated the 4chan Yotsuba themes on Fedilab. PleromaFE's is a bit tedious to tweak so I lost interest partway through.
