My favorite part about my podcast episode from yesterday was when I said that groups that get in bed with the leftists/progressives will get "political AIDS" and begin destroying themselves eventually

instance block recommendation

gameliberty.club, for allowing diversity of thought and thus is in support of nazism

here's a backlog of report handling issues that we've recently resolved at social.pixie.town (going back to May and not a complete list):

@realcaseyrollins @Lainyboy nah, they just wanted to use the sweet not banned existing Mastodon apps to get a multitude of working not banned apps for free lol
@lain Thanks for calling me fat, also, I'm not that fat

How fucking clueless is @Mozilla?

Let’s give Zoom 5 out of 5 stars for security* clueless.

I'm enjoying this interview of @alex by @realcaseyrollins

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaHu3dvluJI

It demonstrates why I think Alex is going in the right direction for helping to make the Fediverse thrive.

An example: "The best operation of the Fediverse is to moderate your own users and not block specific instances". Related is judicious deployment of a simple feature of "Mute this conversation", rather than unfollowing users or instances.

I think that the successful evolution of civilization is dependent on having a dynamic competition of ideas, with citizens having the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of ideas, and taking personal responsibility for managing their belief systems.

On the subject of cancel culture, I think that cancel culture can fade into obscurity when the condition of being offended becomes non-effectual and the skin of citizens thickens such that they no longer over-react to ideas that are not currently in their belief systems.

On the subject of radicalization, I think that radicalization is self-moderating in the Fediverse.
@Husky @realcaseyrollins I would be excessively interested in that. I do not know how to compile an Android app at all from source :(
@realcaseyrollins @farhan there is very basic rebranding support but you need to rebuild app from the source for that.

I don't plan changing the way how it works but extending it -- yes.

China’s involvement in the current protests and riots. @ColonelRETJOHN joins #TheRobManessShow today to discuss the Cold War with the Chinese Communist Party as it relates to the violent protests. robmaness.com/video/2020/06/ch twitter.com/RobManess/status/1 #China
