@realcaseyrollins @jojo I apologize, this was not my intention, you seem like a good person, stay awesome :blobcataco:
@jojo @georgia Nah, you're cool, man. Don't be too rough on yourself, you know? That's as bad as getting too big an ego.
@realcaseyrollins @georgia @p @jojo i predict that only losers and thugs will want these jobs in the future. It will be harder to get a security guard job than become a cop because they'll be desperate just to place butts in patrol cars
@realcaseyrollins @jojo @georgia @p likely true, apparently they're retiring in droves, and there's no money to hire new ones. But i imagibe that when they DO finally hire new ones, they won't be cream of the crop.
And also, for some reasons, I can't seem to open up about my issues in real life, and I use a fake personality to make myself look good when I'm not. There's also problems with my self-esteem too, I pick on my face for no reason. It's like I'm forever isolated from society unless I speak up.
My existence is nothing but social isolationism and also you're forced to play by society rules because if you don't society forever hates you, even if you're not a deviant.

Lenny is a fork of a link aggregator — Lemmy.
Sadly, it only exist because of disrespectful behavior of the original author.

To maintain stability, this fork has a little no changes, but:

the main reason, completely removed “slur filter” — the ugliest way to block words;
a bit cleaned up UI — removed “sponsors” page and useless right-down panel;
a new default theme — Pleroma, based on light theme of the Pleroma project;
a muffin logo (by MLP Vector Club).

Aaaand THIS is why @LemmyDev's hard coded censorship rules are stupid. Can't post a link to a current event story in the news. smh
