@Mr_NutterButter Right, that was a nightmare. He DID finish it but was not happy about it and unprofessional. I had to cut ties with him after he handed it over because while he apologized at first, he become unprofessional when I pressed for a full refund after his two years taking to finish it. The unfinished piece he had handed me wasn't acceptable and I had no luck finding people to finish his screw up. I felt the "apology" was just an act after his behavior. He's a troubled person, so it's best to let him go. I'm also looking into getting it redrawn because I personally don't want to promote his art. I do believe people can change but I felt he didn't in those two years and I wouldn't want to send someone "to their doom". I used it as a banner for a bit and still have it up as my banner on this account but I don't credit him, which is not something I do when I get commissioned work. I want to support artists but if their worth ethic is bad and take money from people, it's not responsible of me to promote.

@Mr_NutterButter Also for extra clarification, he was the one to offer me the refund but he became agitated when I wanted a full refund for an unfinished piece of art I couldn't use. His whole schtick to get out of his screw ups is to bring personal problems into the equation and I wasn't having it anymore. He thought he could continue to take advantage of my patience and good will.
