@matrix >Do you support free speech right?
>So then you support loli art?
>So then you don't actually support free speech?

A classic conservative tale.

I received this notification from Twatter that they suspended the accounts of one of the Karens because she was stupid enough to incriminate herself clearly abusing the report feature. These bitches aren't very smart lol. They poked the hornet's nest and I believe people need to stand up more against antis.

These dolls are not illegal in California (and in most of the USA; any ban is actually unconstitutional here because they're objects) where Twitter is located but the Karens did get a hold of a woman in the Twitter support staff. Twitter is also letting pictures of the dolls stay up in one of the Karen accounts even though I stated in my report if they didn't want the dolls on the platform, then the post by the Karen should be taken off as well. People can find the dolls disgusting and weird but it's an object and they can simply block and move on instead of attacking communities with false reports.

I need to return to monke and get off social media. There was a witch hunt on Twatter by a bunch of Karens and the manufacturer of my doll lost her account AGAIN. Other doll accounts were also suspended. These antis once again awarded participation trophies by Twatter, since anything they do is worthless and never helps the demographic they claim to be helping or protecting. Terminally online Twatter """activists""" and grifters are only a plague.

I really like Fedi so much better. It doesn't actively make me mad and feels a bit like the old internet. I know there are retards here too who can't differentiate between fantasy and reality but you don't lose your account over mass reports.

Twitter in general has become worthless for me. The For You tab doesn't recommend any artists or doll owners. Trying to grow on there as a niche content creator is very difficult. Why do I even bother to keep an account on there is beyond me. The only time I ever gained followers was when I was flinging shit at other people. I don't want to build a following on "conflicts". I rather stand on my creative endeavours. I have been conflict free for 6+ months and gained no followers lmao

A fabric doll of my OC is being made this month, so I will post that one a lot more because he will look very wholesome and anime but it's best for me to be less enthusiastic about my TPE doll.

In Japan, there's no issue with my dolls but I can't live there because of health issues.

Forgot to mention you can pay for their subscription with crypto, too.

I've been writing a book and using a Google doc to keep it synced between all my devices but since it's Google, I was afraid they will steal my book or peek into it lmao

So I wondered if there was a privacy focused document editor similar to it. I just found that there is Skiff. skiff.com/

It's relatively new and I hadn't heard of it before. They're offering an entire suite to compete against Google's, while having encryption and being open source. It's also free!

Their Pages (Docs alternative) is looking really good with only a native "search and replace" feature missing to make it a near 1:1 replacement for me. It does work differently from Docs in the fact it doesn't have a document outline but you can add sections as separate pages to break up whatever it is you're writing.
I'm going to convert my entire book (350+ pages) into their Pages suite now. I'm extremely impressed by what they are offering.

I'm also looking to completely replace my Google Drive game mods repository with Skiff's Drive but I'm having an issue with the link sharing. I've contacted their support about it, so I hope to hear back soon. The support is also really fast and they were able to completely fix another issue I had with the email today.

Their payment plans for more storage are also extremely cheap imo. You do get 10gb of free storage, just like Google.
I'm looking into a subscription even after just using it for free today. I've always wanted something like this to store valuable files in case my computer dies and even extra backup if my external storage dies too. I think supporting a project like this is worth it.

I just wanted to share Skiff here because it could be useful for people that want to ditch Google.

I'll be honest and say I'm actually not that interested in modding BP. Mods take a lot of time to make and I'm generally content with outfits in MMOs. The mods I've done have been personal adjustments to my characters' main appearance, such as eyebrows and eyelashes mods. I'm interested in making custom textures like that again for BP but besides that, very little interest in anything else.

I also only play male characters so it's generally unprofitable to bother modding for male characters in pretty much any game. So time + no money to be made = caca.

It's already confirmed that Blue Protocol will have anti-cheat (Xigncode) but people don't understand what stops mods in UE4 games is a Pak signature lock. When the UE4 version of BnS was released, cosmetic mods worked completely fine while the anti-cheat was enabled. I was also able to use mods with the anti-cheat on in the UE3 version. All UE games have native mod support unless the developers put in a lock that doesn't let the game launch when it starts reading the Mod folder. The Mod folder is manually placed into the Paks. Later on, the devs did input a signature lock because the game is built like horseshit, with many things being client side instead of server side.

So the lock was issued as a poorly done bandage to stop cheating, namely people adjusting skill GCDs and the in-game built in macro (Simple Mode).

I saw a thread on the Reddit of people saying BP will never have mods due to the anti-cheat. This is simply false, retarded, and misinformation. lol
The one person in the entire thread that was actually correct saying the game will have mods was of course down voted.
Now if there is a signature lock on the Pak files, that's a whole different issue that would need to be bypassed. Bypasses are enabled via plugins in the game's folder that contains the executable.

TL;DR: Anti-cheat DOES NOT automatically prevent cosmetic mods.

If I'm able to get an invite to the global beta, I will be able to tell if there is a signature lock.

I received my new Opanchu Usagi stickers for my collection! I will put them in my sticker album later. But I accidentally ordered two of the same sticker!
I felt silly placing a single order for a $3 sticker but I also really like the sticker I'm missing. 😅
