>Adobe removed the chat support option

Fucking christ. It already took them a fucking hour before to remove licenses, because adobe doesn't let you do that by yourself, but now I'll be stuck speaking on the phone to a fucker who probably don't even speak either languages giving whole ass e-mail addresses?

Fuck you Adobe

Also their shitty ass support site tells me to contact support just gives me a link loop that leads to nowhere to do this. So they really fucking killed chat support despite their website saying otherwise

@coolboymew What Adobe product are you using? There is almost no reason to use any of them these days.

@xianc78 @pernia Name me a professional alternative to Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and the two animation flash replacement that isn't Gimp, gimp is shit

Either way it's not for me, it's company stuff

I finally found their chat, I have to go to account.adobe.com and the link in the bottom bar, which makes no sense and is completely hidden
@coolboymew @xianc78 @pernia one wonders if their new SaaS approach will lead to increased innovation in free software

@pernia @coolboymew @fluffy All the major tech companies are moving to that model. It should be no big surprise that Adobe is doing it as well.
