I got my Game & Watch SMB. Way smaller than I thought it would be, and no stands? WTF were they thinking
@xianc78 How can an EULA even be enforced if there is no warning or software agreement

How can you even terminate a users could a non-internet enabled device

But on the upside, it doesn't tell you that you cannot hack it, other than Nintendo's propriety is Nintendo's

It would have been silly anyways, plus it's legal in North America anyways

@coolboymew I think it will allow them to go after those making tutorials on how to hack it because it does say that you are not allowed to tamper with it.

>You may not...bypass, modify, defeat, tamper with, or circumvent any of the functions or protections of the System

It also says you can't reverse engineer the software even though that falls under fair use. I guess they could go after you if you document the changes of the ROM on TCRF or something.

The only way they can actually punish you is by taking you to court.

@coolboymew Also there is a disclaimer on the back of the box saying that you agree to the EULA by purchasing the system. I guess that's your "warning".
