Honestly the whole gba library in general doesn't get nearly enough love.
@JEJ It is filled with watered-down console ports and movie/TV licensed trash, but there are some hidden gems.
I might go out and say it has aged better than the original DS library since the games weren't relying on gimmicks.

@natsock @JEJ 2D games aged fine, but most of the 3D games have aged horribly. They're even worse than 3D PS1 games that required the D-pad IMO, but I have never owned a 3DS so I don't know how they improve with the circle pad. Worst offenders go to the games that (almost) entirely use the touchscreen.
@Remington @JEJ @xianc78 Just download them. DS and PSP emulation is very mature, whether on PC or Android.

@xianc78 @JEJ Totally, I don’t even play 3D DS games unless the emulator I’m using can internally scale the 3D to human-friendly resolutions.
Most DS games don’t require the touchscreen. The few which do are 99% not really worth playing (and there are clever workarounds for that 1%). The biggest consideration imo is the dual-screen setup when playing on a PC. Good emulators provide a bunch of different viewing options, but you do need to find the right one for each game you play.

It’s alright, a step up from the PSP. Biggest issue is no dual-stick control unless you get that peripheral that doesn’t even work with a lot of games. 😩
