@beardalaxy @xianc78 the biggest damnation of this kind of behavior is probably from socrates (IIRC) who said something like epicurus is the healthiest man alive, if you can call what he does living.
@beardalaxy @xianc78 iirc epicurus was basically a proto-doctor who locked himself inside 24/7 and never took any risks because he was a health freak.
