Which political axis matters more?

It seems like most of the people who voted agree that the left/right political dichotomy is a spook. Good.

I made this poll right before matrix added the ability to have more than four options per poll. If I waited until then, I would've split left/right into economic left/right and cultural left/right.

If you believe they're both spooks, please, feel free to explain.

None of these single variables really tell you anything about a polity. An "authoritarian" state could use its authority to make you have white picket fences and obey traffic laws, or it can use it to deracinate you and have gay sex. Left and Right have no coherent meaning whatsoever.

How does a person write this and not realize it's retarded?

@Eris @LukeAlmighty @xianc78 that's fine, as do local communes... hard to centrally plan on a large scale with large corps or govts owning the means of all production... limits the blast radius...

"Central planning" vs "Non-central planning" is still niggerlicious and a spook.
