Does anyone have any experience buying used computers at Goodwill? I just need a Windows PC just to run Spring Tools Suite because the Linux version is apparently broken and I don't want to give money to Microsoft directly (they get a cut out of every Windows PC sold).
@xianc78 see if you can find a local or relatively local shop that specializes in pc repair and the like. I got my laptop from a guy who would buy a lot of broken/old laptops from schools that were getting rid of them and then he'd basically put together all the working parts into new machines and stuff.
Or find some on eBay.
