Referring to ships as "she" and "her" is just as delusional as referring gender freaks by their preferred pronouns.

@xianc78 kinda, but most of the time it's done as a compliment to the object, not a sigh the person has a mental illness.

@xianc78 Men are such admirers of beauty that they take what they find most beautiful of all, women, and apply it to other things they hold beautiful. Like ships, or the Earth (as in, Mother Nature). Gendered language is awesome.
