@xianc78 @suquili i found the doc they mention and honestly it's so general and abstract that they can kind of do whatever they want and it'll still check the boxes on that document. I did find this page interesting though. All the other problems are broken down into subcategories, but with this one it feels like someone wrote down "no one trusts us" on a whiteboard and that's all they could come up with
