It is actually escalating continuously.

And, the new cold war is escalating. Russia complained that the US was posturing for a first strike. This morning Trump comes out and says that such inflammatory remarks cannot go unanswered, and publicly deployed two nuke subs to the Russian coast... where they would be ideal for a first strike.

I hope you don't live in a big city xD

There are a lot of rural areas that aren't safe either due to containing infrastructure that are essential for this countries economy or military.

@xianc78 @beardalaxy It is true. All I can say for certain is that a good chunk of Texas, and Oklahoma, and well that vertical strip will have some safe places.

Still, the 14 or so real big cities are not going to make it, probably surrounding areas as well.
@xianc78 @beardalaxy That is for sure :100a: how they have been used. I can see why some people think they are fake. But, right now, at a country level, militarizes, certainly aren't acting like they are fake xD And, at the same time, the media is down playing just how committed both sides are at this moment. I am not even sure deescalation is possible.
@beardalaxy @xianc78 Glad to hear it.

After the nukes? I would expect some land to be captured and occupied by Russia/China. Especially Florida. Florida is fucked, post nukes.
