Why must Japan be so far away? 
Why isn't Concorde flying anymore? 
The closest airport that has direct flights to Tokyo is Munich which is 6h away and the flight is 12h30m and back is 15h.
The closet international airport is Wien, which is 1h45min away, you can fly to Taipei and hour later to Osaka, which makes the flight 15h and 25h back.
