@realcaseyrollins I just saw season 1 and I get the appeal. Its obviously geared towards kids and it has some darker undertones here and there, but they get addressed in an adult manner.

I've just read the Wikipedia article about it and saw it was cancelled due to HBO thinking it wasn't suitable for kids anymore. One of my favorite cartoons from decades ago had the same issue. It was pitched as a kids show but in actuality it was more for adults (with the themes and such), the protagonist/antagonist had to deal with surreal situations and had a quirky side-kick (just like one-one). Ultimately the network (Cartoon Network didn't deem it ok for kids and cancelled it after two seasons. I am talking about Invader Zim, you must've heard about it.

Thanks for the recommendation, I will binge the remaining seasons on bank holiday tomorrow. 🙂

#Amsterdam is turning into a proper metropole in line with other cities like New York and Paris. Earlier this week several attack using automatic rifles, yesterday some rando decided to stab 5 people in the streets.
