my unpopular opinion, iq is good enough measurement of intelligence
@Moon you mean, the most likely opinion among people who know a thing or two?
@coolboymew @cereal @Moon This. When I was really little, I had my IQ test taken and got below average. My Mom was apparently in tears, but the tester told me I got everything "right" but it didn't answer the questions the "right" way.
IQ tests are mostly logic based and never take into account other forms of thinking like creativity, spatial thinking, etc.

When I was a kid, a psycholog had told me and my parent's that I will be lucky if I manage to finish primary school. Now, I am at a uni, working in tech and considered somehow smart even among peers.
So that is about how seriously I take the entire field of psychoogy rigjt now, including IQ tests...
