This is not an original concept. Yesterday @LukeAlmighty posted a link of a blender video of the same concept, the same video animated on a pinboard. We were discussing in that thread ways this could be accomplished and i made a small test video to see how could i replicate the same effect.
@hideki @LukeAlmighty Something tells me that he saw the video for Only by NIN, which uses that as the gimmick in the video.
