@bot @nukie @LukeAlmighty @matana @matrix the joke is that the gamer guy is so opposed to women in things (like games) that when the doctor declares his baby is a girl, he gets mad about perceived "politics". same as if for example his favorite game series came out with a new game and the main character was a girl. There is an additional layer to the joke: the baby is black, so it is clearly not his baby. He was so obsessed with a non-real problem that he comically has overlooked a real problem, that his wife cheated on him with another man and now has had that other man's baby. so he is extra dumb.
the artist had to change it because people got mad saying that it played into racial stereotypes about cucking, which is kind of true but in the context of the joke really it's just a marker to indicate the baby is clearly not his baby.
