is the anime that good? is the game that playable now?

@PhilSchedia @matrix @SargoyOfCuckkad the game was always playable on PC tbh. Just like no man's sky, the problem wasn't with the game, the problem was with expectations and false promises. The game taken on face value is good and has only gotten better with updates, although it will likely never be the game we thought it would be until the modders get hold of the tools.

Anyway I've seen the first three episodes of the anime, it's pretty good.

Ok, what the fuck is happening?
Why is there no clear consensus on weather cyberpunk is unplayable or an actually good game?

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy @PhilSchedia @matrix @SargoyOfCuckkad It was unplayable on ps4 and whatever the fuck xbox's equivalent of the ps4 is called, but ran fine on everything else. Very buggy on release but playable on anything other than ps4 and xbox whatever. The biggest issue was that the majority of players were on last gen consoles that literally could not run the game.

Also it is not a good game and will probably never be a good game because the core gameplay mechanics are fundamentally flawed by their hamfisted attempt to make it a Fallout 4 esque lootyshooty rpg instead of just making it an FPS. The only way to fix it is to completely gut out all the pointless rpg mechanics like leveling that do literally nothing but make it a worse game.

Yeah, Fallout 4 was a painful experience.
Game pretends to be an RPG, but has about 10 quests total. :ablobonfire:

And if that wasn't enough, role-playing is literally impossible, and gunplay is based on bullet sponges.
