@ArdainianRight @WashedOutGundamPilot @cyberanathema @LukeAlmighty @matana @matrix @TinyFern @sparky is there a difference between conservative and liberal parents?
they both send their kids to (((public school))) where their children are exposed to a wide array of degenerate activities

@fightknightHERO @ArdainianRight @cyberanathema @LukeAlmighty @matana @matrix @TinyFern @sparky Pretty big, in the kind I’m talking. The cons don’t have a very open, honest dialogue with their kids, so they assume life is the same as it was back in their day and that the sexual insanity hasn’t gotten to their “good” part of the country yet. They blanche at hearing/seeing what goes on in the open at school, and it’s not something the kids are open about.

My parents used to freak when I’d tell them about the school gossip, there was a girl trying to get preggo by sucking off the cool kid and spitting it into a turkey baster, and she had been bragging about that in the open.

Hell, we had a girl in 5th grade who used to sneak away at recess and (reportedly) blow her “boyfriends”, though I never found out how true that rumor was. And that kind of thing was at a “good” school, where the parents would tell you “no, there’s no way kids swear that much!”

Wild stuff.

Yeah, it's scary to see how fast had the world changed.

My parents had me in the middle of the "Drug your kids" wave, so now, decade later, I had to have a talk with them about it.
I can forgive my dad. He was doing what he was told by the expert. But my mom still didn't get out of that phase.

I guess all I want to say is, that it's the most important thing you can have to have a full trust to talk about your problems between a parent and a child. Who would have thought...
