Good morning everyone.
I kinda hate the random jumps in weight, since it makes measuring results really difficult :D
And people will tell you, that you should be satisfied with weighing yourself once per week/month. Ridiculous.

Also, this is why I measure every morning before the first drink. Just to minimalize the water weight variable, even though, it's still THAT HUGE.

Thanks for missing the point...
I write my progress to hold myself "responsible", since it's motivation.
And up is up. I know it's a fluctuation, but it still is the best result I can measure. If it was possible to pump my entire system to measure the real weight, I would, but this number is all I can work with.
