I have been with my parents for the last few days, so holding any kind of portion control was quite a hell, but I am happy to report, that I did manage to lose weight even though they spent entire day talking non-stop about what food should I eat :D

Thanks for missing the point...
I write my progress to hold myself "responsible", since it's motivation.

And up is up. I know it's a fluctuation, but it still is the best result I can measure. If it was possible to pump my entire system to measure the real weight, I would, but this number is all I can work with.
