A video showing woman seconds before she died. No blood, but still tough to watch.

@matrix
Ok, here is another video.
It won't change minds, but it is still an interesting moment to think about just for the insane complexity.

On one hand, it completely disproves my assumption, while also PROVING the same assumption from a different way.

She seems to be a protester who is obstructing the road in this retarded way on purpose. While she is calm at the moment (EXTREMELY GOOD ON HER SIDE), she is putting pressure on the cops. Then, the second car appears, and she is forced to defend heresels in the 3 seconds I described before. And that is where I still keep my opinion, that she was in fact not given a human time to comply, before a "fight or flight" kicked in.

I dunno. It was avoidable. Nothing is worse than people who live on principle. Sometimes you gotta read the room and adjust. She failed to read the room at all, and this was the consequence. And to be honest, she had far more than three seconds. Her death was the result of a series of bad decisions that she, again, could have avoided. She had hours, days, months, or even years. I can't say the she didn't contribute to her own death.

Do you really want to measure time from the moment the cop shouted "get out of the car" and her death?

Because that is the compliance time I am talking about.

Obviously, things do turn ugly fast, but please, don't tell me, that your instinct woudln't be to run, if out of nowhere, you saw a guy twice your size grab your car door, and another one shouting at you.

She was in the complete idle mode at the moment. That's the thing that is the most shocking to me.

Was it reasonably foreseeable that running could result in her death? Yes.
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix Evading arrest in a motor vehicle is a felony in every state in this country. No. My first thought when an armed cop is yelling for me to get out of the car is NOT to try and drive through an officer pointing a gun at me. That's pure nigger, and she got shot just like a nigger doing the exact same thing.

She thought her vagina privilege would keep her safe from the consequences of her actions. She was way wrong.
Fun Fact: At common law, anyone could kill a fleeing felon. 😏

@FreeinTX @Humpleupagus @matrix
> No. My first thought when an armed cop is yelling for me to get out of the car

Literally not the question I asked.

You don't get to ask the question she reacted to. The only question is "what would a reasonable person do under the circumstances?"

I assume your answer is accelerate the vehicle.

Further, if that is your answer, I will presume that it is how you expect others to act in the same circumstances — to flee officers.

@Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
I get to ask any question I fucking want.

What's your favorite color btw?

@Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
Thank you.

My point was, that I don't believe she had time to recognize, that people shouting/opening doors were cops in the first place. And even worse, once you initiate physical contact, the reasoning abilities decline to 1/10 immediately. Therefore, they forced her to fight of flight by an insanely escalated aproach.

The fact of them being caps could not even cross her mind at that time.

@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
Are you fucking retarded?

The videos show her knowingly blocking cops cars that she can see and her dyke gf telling her to "drive baby drive"

@pepsi_man @Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
I am obviously retarded. Why else do you think I would spend my weekend arguing with strangers on the internet?

I'm not getting payed for this shit.

@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix That is objectively stupid. Of course the person yelling at her to get out of the car and grabbing her car for handle is a cop. There is no reasonable way to conclude anything other.
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX

She put herself in that situation numb-nuts.

Now she's not our problem anymore.

The dyke was hoarding potassium in her bones, and now the Earth-Mother shall have it back.
Just saw this. I don't know if it's real, but if it is, it suggests that she has a history of assaulting officers and cuts against the idea she didn't know it was ICE.

@Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
There goes the limit of my good faith doubt then. It can hardly get more clean than that.
:blobcatfingerguns:

@Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
Also, since you are an expert, what is the least serious interpretation of 3 separate cases of interfering with medical treatment?

I have already seen a case of "human traficking" that was in reality just a creep pretending to be retarded so someone changes his dipers, so I just wonder, what the legal extent of this charge is.

In California, they'd actually put the statute next to the charge. So without at least that, I'm really spitballing.

I'm going to assume she didn't enter property to interfere. That would be weird. Most likely she was already in the property when treatment began.

Because she was charged with entering / remaining, it's not her own property.

If it's a property where treatment was being administered, and not her own, I'll assume it was a hospital, and she was not the patient.

Most likely she legally entered — she knew the patient, but was asked to leave after interfering with staff. Who the patient was is anyone's guess, kid, mom, girlfriend? Staff then called the police.
Alternate theory....

It was her baby daddy's property. She didn't have physical or legal custody. She disagreed with some treatment he was administering. This may explain the multiple occasions.

@Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX
Since she was an insane activist, I can see that happening quite often.

In my experience, much of what people see in the world originates from inside themselves. Her worldview undoubtedly lead her into many confrontations. It probably didn't matter where she was or what was happening, she always found a something to fight about.

Yes, exactly. 🍻 Narrowing down to the encounter itself, we can reasonably assume she knew she was obstructing federal enforcement. Why else park crossways on a road, smiling smug?

The officer's own phone footage shows the "wife" mocking the officer for taking note of her SUV's license plate, prodding whether he's "gonna came after [us]," then regaling her veteran status at him.

The idea that they didn't have time to respond should be dropped. They made the decision to insert themselves--with the purpose of obstruction--and then attempted to flee... through an officer. (lol)

It's tragic, it's dumb (a little funny), and it was entirely avoidable at least in initiation by her. Same as when a flaunting woman is raped and someone asks, "But where were you? What were you doing?" One's own intent isn't the only input toward consequence. One's physical presence (having been guided by that intent) certainly is an input toward consequence.

@Humpleupagus @SilverDeth @LukeAlmighty @matrix @FreeinTX I'm thinking that the race-mixing, chain-migrating cop did us all a favor by removing this lesbiam race traitor.
I'm here to mock and ridicule them both.
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix @FreeinTX

I get to ask questions too, you titanic sack of lispy faggotry:

"How would you feel if you hadn't eaten breakfast yesterday?"
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix You said,

>Obviously, things do turn ugly fast, but please, don't tell me, that your instinct woudln't be to run, if out of nowhere, you saw a guy twice your size grab your car door, and another one shouting at you.

No, I'm not a nigger. When a cop in a uniform with a gun yells at me to get out of the car and grabs my door handle, there isn't a single instinct in me that suggests I should ignore that cop and try to drive away through another cop, in uniform, holding a gun, pointed at me.
> don't tell me, that your instinct woudln't be to run, if out of nowhere, you saw a guy twice your size grab your car door, and another one shouting at you

I would grant this defense to a child or a person of cognitive impairment, but this is a person who obtained a driver's license, and having done so myself, I think the licensure process is fairly robust at verifying that you are not someone who drives by your first instinct.

There are a NUMBER of scenarios in driving, where your first instinct (usually "slam on the break") would result in devastating consequences for you and people around you, so people who follow their first instinct ought not to drive.

Incidentally, Saudi Arabia used to forbid all women from obtaining a driver's license, and a significant part of their justification was that they claimed women could not be expected to drive safely. So Saudis may accept your perspective, but you would probably not like their solution.

In the end, if people claim the right to be treated as adults capable of taking responsibility, then we cannot allow them to later claim immunity from consequences because they "just followed their instincts". If we did that then "instincts" would become a get-out-of-jail-free card and we would therefore live in a world with no consequence at all.

---

Disclaimer: This is on the question of whether driving by instinct is defensible, it is NOT related to the matter of getting shot by a cop - because being shot by a cop is not punishment, it is only legitimate as self-defense. You can potentially be shot while being 100% reasonable, because (unbeknownst to you) your actions are actually about to kill someone. If you reply something like "deserved to die" I will tap the sign.
Haha you got me. As that's your opinion and not a malicious misreading of mine, the sign will for now remain untapped.

@cjd @LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix Her abusive wife opening the passenger door and screaming "DRIVE, BABY, DRIVE DRIVE!" probably contributed to her hitting the gas. Stills from the body camera footage did not show an expression of fear but of someone who thinks they're pulling off a movie getaway.

No, your TDS is getting you to lose your grip. Nobody's instinct should be to run. Nobody. No run, no gun!
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix

My instincts would tell me not to block in fed-pigs in with my bimpo-lesbo-butch play-pretend-wife and my sh*tty honda. Because that's how you get your ticket punched by fed-goons.

And she did.

And she deserved it.

And most non-lib-shits were happy to see it.
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix It is not "out of nowhere" when her purpose for being there was to obstruct and harass those people twice her size.

@AsukaNeko @Humpleupagus @matrix
Yes. if you know about one car, that doesn't mean you have full awareness of the crew of 2nd car, who just arrived, exited car and was attacking you 3 seconds later.

How is this an alien concept to you?

@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix The bitch in question was a paid agitator that taught courses on obstructing law enforcement. They knew how many agents were there and the location of said agents, she responded with smugness feeling she had all of the leverage.
Because she was not the talented criminal that she thought she was is no evidence of any level of innocence on her part.
Dig her up, I'd be happy to shoot her again.
I want to measure the time from when she made a decision the possible results of which were foreseeable. That's when contributory negligence attaches. At the point she blocked traffic it is foreseeable she could die in an altercation with officers given her attitude and conduct.

@Humpleupagus @matrix
In that case, I do consider you to be insane. Sorry.

And to put things into a context, I also support shooting of people who purpusefuly disrupt the processes needed for a working society. But, the escalation of force cannot be arbitrary like it was here.

If she was in middle of black block? Unload it all. I will be happy to support such a measure. But in here, one calm get out of the car could have made things turn out different.

You're confusing two bodies of law. Civil rights and contributory negligence. If you don't get the difference, you are basically telling people to act retarded and to get killed, instead of conducting themselves in a reasonable manner, the standard of conduct expected of occidentals for at least two millenia. If you don't understand the duty to act reasonably, you're the one who is insane.
>decides to block traffic against ebul ICE man
>WOW SO BRAVE HEY GUYS LOOK AT ME UP IN UR ROAD LOLZ
>OH SHIT THIS CHUD WALKED UP TO ME TELLING ME TO GET OUT OF THE CAR BETTER STEP ON THE GAS

Imagine deciding to take someone hostage with a gun pointed at their head, and then complaining once you pushed police to use deadly force, you're demanding they use slower bullets so you can rethink what you chose.
> life isn't like video games or movies
> there are no do-overs
> I shouldn't have to live like this
delusional fucks will never get it until its too late
@Dagnar @Humpleupagus @LukeAlmighty @matrix @Red_Hat living consequence free at the top of the caste system just isnt enough for some of these commie pieces of shit
That's what is the single most retarded shit about these people. More than 3/4 of them are trust fund kids, set for life by good parents, and yet they adopted a self-destructive ideology that's only good for destroying themselves and everything around them. I can understand why communism appeals to the dysgenics and other washouts, because it promises salvation and acceptance to all equally, but why in fuck would the rich and well-off fall for it?
>WOW IM JUST LIKE CAPTAIN MARVEL

The irony of both these cunts is they still rely on the belief of threat of violence by males to maintain a stable society, but the power of VAGINA or something.
> I have a pussy! I am more valuable!
Consumerism overrates women far beyond their actual worth, and advertising was always aimed mostly at them for good reason. Females and feminized males are the best consumers of product and most easily excited by New Thing.
I have a huge issue with the civil rights era, and the way governments teach it, because it leads people to act like children in many cases - "I'll do what I want... I know my rights". It's not the civil rights aren't important, and I'd advise no one talk to police. But exception makes the rule.

The exception here is that while you may have theoretical rights, you could end up dead. We see it all the time. So conduct yourself in a reasonable manner, or don't expect me to back you when don't.

Truthfully, black line civil rights cases are made by people who did just that — acted reasonably. Dead people make poor plaintiffs.

Tl:Dr she may be dead, but at least she had her rights. 🤷‍♂️
Exactly. There's the established expectation on how to act civil, and both sides can and do throw it out the door. Use of force exists on a spectrum for a reason.
Scotus has basically expressed a deference for police, and it is out of a bias, but reasonable ones.

First, the officer is the person best able to assess and testify about what he believed he saw. It's hard for a court to second guess that. The judge wasn't there.

Second, the court doesn't want the docket filled with every perp that has a questionable claim. Criminals lie to get out of trouble. Judges know this.
It’s like driving-
“But I have the right of way!!”
Ok, great but if you keep going the asshole is going to hit you. Congrats on being right? 🤷🏼‍♀️
I have to explain this to clients all the time. If the client continue to talk about principle, I tell them to gtfo. Pragmatism > principle. One is realistic, the other is a guideline.
@LukeAlmighty @Humpleupagus @matrix

He's a lawyer you cucked Eurotrash.

Post your nose and say "Nigger" if you want to be anything but drug into a fine red paste from here on out.

Shitheel.
She was obstructing an operation, her and her dyke were taunting officers, she was given a lawful order to get out of the car, she defied it, evaded police, used her car as a weapon against law enforcement. She died. Where's the part that escapes you?
