walking is overrated: no, our ancestors didn't "walk the healthy 10000 steps every day", because the arduous process of working the fields can hardly be called "walking", and they also died at 40
jogging is even worse: people keep running distances they were never meant to run and then act surprised why their joints give up

They are boomers. They thinking working from home would be boring, and office banter is fun.
Do not apply human concepts like enjoying the scenery to them. They won't look up, until it's printed on a piece of wood they can buy.

@LukeAlmighty I still think it's better and more motivating to promote exercises available even when bedbound, rather than pointless walking and jogging, when you're not even supposed to enjoy the views and air (when available)
