Kinda yes and kinda not. It's actually fairly tame and shallow gameplay wise imo.
I remember there was a post on some chan where a guy was developing a 2d open world serial kidnapper and rapist simulator with autistic level of detail. I haven't heard about it since though.
@matrix @matana the games you are both describing are two different ones although i can't remember what matana's was called, i do remember playing it a while ago very briefly but i had some sort of issue with it, maybe it's because it wasn't fully translated or something?
