I think almost every spinal injury is permanent.
Am I wrong?

Although, my aunt told me a story about how she broke her own neck.
She was sleeping. She had one of her hands below and second on top of her head, and woke up with some shock, that made her snap.

And, supposedly, she had to hold her own heat with hands, cause her neck wasn't doing the job. Does that sound made up @matana ?
