how and why people are defending this is beyond me. it is proof that nobody has actual stances on anything, they just go based off of whatever the current social media vibe is. most people are not real people, i swear.

@pettanko obviously he isn't fucking Peter scully or something, there is a sliding scale of severity and the actual sentencing should reflect that. But people saying that distribution of such material is fine when someone close in age does it is completely missing the mark. Close in age exceptions are meant for private intimate acts, not sharing comprising media. I don't want to approach a slippery slope. The laws exist as they are now for a reason and I think they are good that way.
You can put it in all caps all you want that's not the same thing as someone raping a child and sharing it with other pedos.

granted, all moids who film and distribute pornography should go on the sex offender registry, we shouldn't have to add fake arguments like "she's a CHILD" for that to happen
