@matrix wow, how unimaginative. they have no innovation. if i was designing the iphone, i would install razor blades around all the edges. its never been done before.

I'm generally an Apple hater, and even I think his argument is cringingly bad.

@matrix Why though? Apple keeps alternating its designs (cringe) and if only by chance they will alternate between the binary states of rounded and not rounded.

But I don't think his "cycles" argument holds up if you look e.g. at UIs, but maybe that's too soon.

But I agree woth his general point about design, good design is eternal, only bad design needs constant "innovation".
