Yeah, that's bs. Doesn't matter what you phone you have, you can't simply send gigabytes worth of video like that.

@matrix
Since it's supposed to be HD footage, even a short clip is still gonna be big enough that you can't expect to share it through any messaging protocol. I've got an 1 minute phone video that is still well over 100MB, and somehow I doubt the drone footage of the night in question is gonna be just 1 minute long.

@matrix Is this more of the eternal boomer not knowing how to use devices, or is this nefarious?
Because, seriously, get a laptop deemed "safe", connect the device too it, and copy it over.

@MyriadTribulations @matrix

nefarious

had it been a mistake, they would have uploaded that mistaken file to dropbox (like every other piece of evidence in the case) instead of emailing it
@matrix They actually blamed the defense because the defense requested the file be emailed to them and the prosecution wanted to airdrop the file and couldn't because the defense don't use apple devices.

Prosecution fucked up royally. We are talking a tiny 10MB file here.

@matrix
That is actually quite an interesting topic. What a shame noone is looking deeper into it, but how can we use phones for evidence, when they do automatically use so many dumb filters?

@matrix
Ok... I just red up on the thread...
Now, that is even dumber. Well, Isheep gonna Isheep I guess.

@matrix It's like 50+ yo doctors collaborating, faxing bloodwork results to one another. Results produced from a digitized machine in PDF format. You sit there and wonder "why does my life depend on these idiots?"
