Cyberpunk 2077 is still so fucking impressive looking

You can't have quickhacks and sandevistan at the same time :alexjonescrying:

@matrix GTX4090, I'm sure normal American folks can afford this fucking price easily, unlike us.

@matrix seriously asking, do you people with an average income and a normal life outside of their Steam account feel this Nvidia price too fucking high?

@fyw321 it is, but Nvidia is jacking up the prices because they can

@fyw321 @matrix
This is a normie-centric view.

4060 is a gaming card. 4090 is a buisiness card. While they do work the same way, if your job is 3D modeling, AI or anything else, where waiting 3 times the time means 1/3 the earning, then this card is an investment.

@fyw321 @matrix
Why, when it comes to cars, people think about their needs, maintanance, etc to find the cheapest acceptable option, but when it comes to GPUs, they go:

:poogers: :poogers: :poogers: 4090 platinum edition with liquid nitro cooling. Otherwise, can you really even play the games?

@LukeAlmighty @fyw321 Yeah, the price to performance ratio is abysmal so you can only justify it if you make money using.
However it is that way because Nvidia segmented the gpus that way and the market accepted. It used to be that the 80 gpu was the best silicon.

@matrix @fyw321
Yes, but I still just don't see the problem. :D

Industrial tools should be avaiable and known about publically. Why hide them?

@LukeAlmighty @fyw321 I agree, but Nvidia does that a lot with various software locks and licenses but that's a different topic.

Nvidia still makes the best gpus so it's only logical they can charge whatever they want, which also means they have a de facto monopoly.

@LukeAlmighty Giving? I have 2070, you would be weird to give away a card that's better.

There's been a lot of buzz since their major update.
I've been thinking about picking it up. Didn't bother touching it at release.

@LordFireCrotch The game was worth playing even on release imo, but now it's much less buggy and perks are much better

@matrix @LordFireCrotch Honestly if I ever get a PC powerful enough to run Cyberpunk, I'll pirate the release version so I can experience all the stupid bugs the game originally had.
